We are Ilze and Liene – sisters who have danced together since childhood. Dance is much more to us than just movement – it’s our language, our connection, our shared rhythm. Our journey began with stage dance, and today we dance oriental dance, where every movement carries a story, strength, and feeling.

Dance has always been with us – like a breath that never leaves, a quiet power that unites and encourages, a path we walk side by side.

We have always wanted to feel beautiful and comfortable in our own skin – not only on stage, but also during rehearsals, workouts, and everyday moments. Because when you feel good and beautiful, movement becomes easier, and confidence grows stronger. We searched for a long time for clothes that would be both beautiful and practical, and long enough to fit our tall Latvian body shapes. But we never found the perfect fit.

That’s how Bonna was born – our dream that lived quietly inside us until we let it bloom. It’s a brand that combines everything we are as women, sisters, dancers, and creators. It’s a story about the importance of creating not just clothes, but also a feeling.

Bonna is made for women who live in movement – who dance, exercise, breathe, perform, laugh, relax at home, or shine at events. Clothes to live in – with poise, lightness, and inner beauty. They fit naturally in the yoga studio, at dance rehearsals, in the quiet of home, or on stage – equally natural and dear.
